Veteran radio presenter, James Onen aka Fat Boy isn’t stopping for nothing after being sacked from Uganda’s oldest radio station Sanyu FM, where he had worked for over 2 decades. The very outspoken man is moving on swiftly and is ready to announce his next major move.

Almost a month down the road since he left the Ruparelia Group owned radio, the media personality is on the verge of starting up his own radio station.

Currently concentrating on garden work in the village, Fat Boy has hinted on the possibility of using his meagre savings that he has been collecting from the radio business to start up his own on-air business.

The revelation has been made clear to the public following a provocation from a staunch fan of his on-air magic who through his socials went on to advise the latter to think about foregoing being under concealed exploitation as an employee and start up his own business venture since he has got what it takes

Fat Boy has positively taken the idea to heart thereby vowing to think about it following enough public outcry for him to return to the airwaves.

We cannot wait for him to follow through and make this outstanding move. Maybe he will hire everyone else he was fired with and bring us the old Sanyu FM vibes we fell in love with.
